I am Mr. Michael Oganiru, Director Corporate Services Division and Head of Swift Transfer Unit of Central Bank of Nigeria {CBN}. Sometime ago, your inheritance/contract payment file was approved for payment by the office of the past honorable minister for finance {Dr. Mrs. Ngozi Okonjo Iwuala. Your payment was suspended and was reverted to the national treasury. But for the period of time this fund was in our treasury, it generated an interest of US$900,000.00 which we are about to pay you Via International Certified Bank Draft, wire transfer or ATM inter-switch Card and cash payment.

For your information and advice, you need to hasten up to claim this accrued interest  Fund because from time to time the National Lotto Group/Federal Ministry of Finance auditors do come to our bank to cross-check our files and our financial update, the earlier you comply with the directive to claim your accrued interest fund is to your own good interest because if the auditors should arrive and find out that this accrued interest fund is still in our bank, it shall be suspended and revert to the lotto/FMF treasury account.
