I am Mr. Michael Oganiru, Director Corporate Services Division and Head of Swift Transfer Unit of Central Bank of Nigeria {CBN}. Sometime ago, your inheritance/contract payment file was approved for payment by the office of the past honorable minister for finance {Dr. Mrs. Ngozi Okonjo Iwuala. Your payment was suspended and was reverted to the national treasury.
